Online Employment Application System
 

Thank you for your interest in employment with the Richland School District. We have recently installed a new online application system. With this new system you can: 

● Complete and submit your application online

● View specific job openings

● Update your application online at anytime

● After you have completed and submitted your application, you will be able to apply for open positions directly through the online system.

The system does require that you have an active e-mail account.  As with any system there are helpful hints that will assist you as you complete or update your application information. Click on HINTS to view the list of helpful suggestions.

Be sure to complete the information on each tab within the Online Application, click Save, and then do the same for all other tabs. You MUST complete the Submit Application tab which requires you to complete background/disclosure information in order to submit your application to the district. If you do not complete the Submit Application tab your application will not be considered.  Please read the application requirements on the next page to confirm what else is needed to have a complete application packet.

If you are a current district employee (including coach) you do not need to submit a new application.  Please use the "Current District Employee" link to log into the system.  You will need your employee ID number which is your payroll serial number.  Substitutes need to use the "Current Substitute" or "Registered User" options as appropriate.

Attention MAC users . If you are using a MAC you may experience difficulties entering dates in this system if you are using the Microsoft Internet Explorer. If your MAC came with the Safari Internet Browser you will find using it to be more successful. You may also use Netscape; however, Firefox is another browser that seems to be problematic with dates. Also the menu navigation will not work properly due to lack of full support for CSS tags.
